How much does it cost to reserve the retreat?

MCCR charges $30 per person per night, with a minimum charge of $300 per group (10 people) per night + a one-time $200 cleaning per retreat. For example, if a student group brought out 10 guys and 10 girls for a two-night retreat, the cost would be $600 per night for the retreat + a one-time $200 cleaning fee, for a total reservation cost of $1400.
 

are there any additional costs?

No. While you are at the retreat, the whole place is yours. Your reservation fee covers all utilities while using the retreat (water + electricity) and all the facilities on the retreat premises (the two dorm rooms, meeting space, the Texas Barn, the prayer garden, the fishing pond, the bonfire, and all outdoor space).
 

How do I book my dates at MCcr?

Go to our Booking & Questions page or email us at mccr@alliancewaco.org with your requested dates. If approved, we will notify you and let you know the total cost of your reservation. You must pay 50% of your reservation fee up front to book your retreat. You can pay the remaining 50% when you arrive at MCCR. We will send details for how to submit payment to MCCR for your event.
